The Coomera Indoor Sports Centre was built for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and offers multi-purpose facilities to accommodate a range of elite and community indoor sports. Home to Gold Coast Gymnastics, the centre is used every week of the year and offers training, competition and casual sessions for activities like basketball, netball, futsal, volleyball and martial arts. The venue is also a space for gatherings and includes meeting rooms, kiosks, changing facilities and a large outdoor area for hosting major events.

Brisbane 2032 use:

The Coomera Indoor Sports Centre is earmarked to host the Olympic indoor volleyball and the Paralympic wheelchair rugby with 11,000 seats including temporary seats.

While there are no major works required at this facility as part of the Brisbane 2032 infrastructure program, shortly before the Games, the venue will be prepared for hosting Brisbane 2032 events.

All venues are being considered within the 100 Day Review into Games infrastructure and planning.

The Brisbane 2032 venues and villages program currently includes competition venues for hosting 28 Olympic and 22 Paralympic sports.
