The games map

The Games Map details the new, upgraded, existing and temporary competition venues and athlete villages around Queensland that were proposed to be used at the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

An independent, 100 Day Review of the Games commenced on 28 November 2024 to assess the intricate network of critical infrastructure projects required to support the Games.

The Queensland Government will release the final report from the 100 Day Review of the Games and the Government’s corresponding Games Delivery Plan on 25 March 2025.

The Games Map will be updated after the Delivery Plan is released.

Brisbane & Surrounds

The capital of the state and host city, Brisbane and the surrounding area stretches from Moreton Bay in the north to Redlands on the coast, Logan in the south and Ipswich to the west, with the iconic Brisbane River snaking through the middle.

Scenic Rim

Straddling the border between south-eastern Queensland and north-eastern New South Wales, the Scenic Rim is home to stunning scenery and will hold events on the Wyaralong Dam.

Gold Coast

Alongside the golden beaches and beautiful rainforests, The Gold Coast will have seven venues hosting a wide range of events earmarked to include Olympic beach volleyball and Paralympic football five-a-side.
