Home advantage

As Australia's premier playground, Queensland is perfectly placed to host the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. With new and enhanced Games-ready venues and dedicated athlete villages, our state will create a long-term landscape of growth and opportunity.

Brisbane 2032 will be held in cities right across the state. There will also be two interstate venues in Sydney and Melbourne.

The majority of venues already exist or will be temporary to reduce overall cost and environmental impact.

A lot to accommodate

We’re ready to welcome the world. New athlete villages in Northshore Hamilton and Robina along with satellite villages at the Sunshine Coast and Kooralbyn will be prepared. After the Games, the villages will provide new permanent homes for our growing population.

Playing the long game

Our people, community and lifestyle are the blueprint for the design of these venues and villages. At their core, these facilities are designed to support our growing state now and into the future.
