The Games Venue and Legacy Delivery Authority will maximise the opportunity and legacy of hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Games to benefit all of Queensland.
About us
Established in July 2024, the Games Venue and Legacy Delivery Authority (GVLDA) has responsibility for delivering new and upgraded venues that will be used during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and that will benefit of communities well beyond the Games.
In addition, GVLDA will monitor the delivery of villages, develop a Transport and Mobility Strategy, and maximise the opportunity of hosting the Games through a range of programs focused on: Legacy, Sustainability, First Nations, Accessibility and Inclusion, and Procurement and Supply Chain.
